We are looking for a dynamic individual to provide maternity cover for a Receptionist (80- 100%). The role is a 8 months position based in our city center office in Basel, Switzerland.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

Reception Management:

- Ensure professional services at the reception desk
- Welcome clients, prospects and visitors at the reception
- Responsible for the telephone (receive/transfer incoming calls)

General Administration:

- Administrative and organizational tasks (e.g. correspondence, expenses, meeting preparation)
- Organize travel arrangements for Basel-based employees and visitors
- Organize of office resources (incl. ordering of food, water, office supply and preparing for visitors)
- Book restaurants for team lunches
- Organization of employees events

Support:

- Maintain internal systems, including data management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and German
- KV/ administrative degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Experience in an office support role
- Work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive and dynamic team player with excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for details
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and international environment
