Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will contribute to the efficiency of your manager by providing executive level support.

**Key duties and responsibilities**

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the main tasks will be:

- Responsible for the administration and optimization of agenda, calls and correspondence on behalf of the COO
- Managing the COO travel organization worldwide
- Coordinate, consolidate and deliver reports and presentations
- Host and welcome customers and stakeholders

**Required experience & competencies**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in an international working environment.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English. French knowledge is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proactivity and ability to manage priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Discreet with a strong sense of confidentiality
- Meticulous, motivated and reliable
- Capable of working independently

**Required Education**

Commercial apprenticeship complemented by an executive assistant training, a university degree or a diploma deemed equivalent.
