Introduction
As a member of the global digital platforms team, the Digital Services Manager plays a key role in bridging the gap between business and IT to drive continuous enhancement of digital services. This role is instrumental in coordinating with digital product management, shaping the future of digital ser-vices and delivering worldclass customer experiences.

Tasks
- As Digital Services Manager, you are responsible for the interface between the business units and IT for the continuous development and coordination of digital services and the global services portfolio
- Design customer experience chain for digital services
- Coordinate and support digital product management in the prioritization and roadmap of platform features
- Ensure the successful delivery and launch of features and support the customer support organization
- Consolidate business needs and feed them into the digital platform's roadmap
- You collect market feedback from the regions, align it with the service strategy and prioritize accordingly
- You are interested in the continuous improvement of delivery for customer implementations
Required qualifications
- Technical education with strong business acumen or business education with strong technical understanding
- Solid technical understanding of machines, processes and services
- Customer-centric mindset and conceptual skills to identify and solve problems
- Understanding business objectives
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Very good communication skills in English and German (B2 or higher)
- Ability to build and network collaborative relationships and navigate effectively within a matrix organization
