Introduction
BenLink is a Swiss technology company and part of the Buhler Group that is improving the global food value chain. We provide professional services for industrial food production sites through a global digital platform, using smart real-time technologies to match service technicians and customers. Services provided to customers range from inspections and maintenance to repairs and spare parts as well as specific data-based services. Tasks
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, effectively balancing short-term objectives with long-term relationship building and revenue growth
- Analyze and understand customer requirements, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate our OEM's markets and expand business opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence, and achieve sales targets through targeted prospecting and relationship building
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for the OEM's
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams across the globe, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services
- Develop and maintain up-to-date expertise around market trends and the Bühler product and service portfolio, present learnings to senior management and derive relevant sales strategies and action plans
Required qualifications
- Completed technical education (e.g. HTL, FH, University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial engineering) or a degree in business administration
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Ability to work within and lead effective teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as English language skills
- Integrative personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Capacity to stay calm under pressure and ability to be a problem solver
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel (worldwide, approx. 30%)

- SAP and/or any other ERP knowledge
