We are looking for a committed and motivated person to join our commercial team in the Chocolate Mass & Coffee division in Uzwil

Diversity

Tasks
- You ensure commercial expertise in the Chocolate & Coffee business area
- You create commercial concepts for customer projects and support and advise the sales team
- You are responsible for the commercial management of customer projects
- You develop and negotiate framework agreements, financing concepts, non-disclosure agreements and other contracts in collaboration with Financial and Legal Services
- You conduct commercial customer and supplier negotiations and intervene in the event of contractual disruptions
- You will carry out operational risk management (ORM) assessments and reporting with the involvement of the responsible decision-making bodies within the Group
- You are responsible for the continuous development of commercial management in the business area
- You will be responsible for the management of accounts receivable, ensuring that payments are received on time
- You will be actively involved in Group-wide projects

Required qualifications
- Degree (Uni, FH, HF, MBA) in business administration/law or commercial education with appropriate further training (export manager, higher professional examination, etc.)
- Good understanding of international contract law and export financing aspects, including taxes, sanction regulations, compliance, logistics, etc.
- Proven track record in negotiations or projects with international customers
- Several years of professional experience in a similar environment
- Initiative, entrepreneurial and team-oriented personality
- Strong leadership and social skills as well as diplomacy and negotiation skills
- High degree of independence, assertiveness and stress resistance
- Very good communication skills in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Willingness for occasional business trips
