Software is not just vital but a strategic cornerstone in our operations. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve optimal value from our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion of their engagement with our offerings.

**What you'll do**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- **Onboarding and Training**: Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our products/services
- **Product Expertise**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively advise and support customers
- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and address customer concerns, working collaboratively with internal teams to provide timely solutions
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather valuable customer feedback and insights to contribute to product/service improvements

**Requirements**:
**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or supply chain (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in life sciences or aviation sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data and draw actionable conclusions
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Fluency in English, every other language is a plus
