**Global SNP Trade Mgr**

Janssen Demand & In-Market Supply Chain, part of Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) Global Planning & Customer Management at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Global SNP Trade Mgr Operations Lead will be responsible for SNP activities related to portfolio of products manufactured at a Janssen Pharma plant and distributed to External/Trade partners.
- The Mgr is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, controlling, and ensuring efficient flow of goods, services and information between points of origin to delivery to Trade distribution centers within area of responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong partnership between External Trade partners and JSC stakeholders.
- Manages the Supply planning´s team activities, including Supply Network Planning and order management for the entire product portfolio, taking into consideration all internal and external requirements.
- Link with Divestments team to deploy appropriate Supply Network Planners to support the business/Trade projects.
- Review draft contractual agreement to ensure internal requirements are considered
- Manage the team project assignment plan, budget & cross charge
- Strong collaboration between Partners Planning Team and the entire Supply Network (Distribution Centers, Quality Assurance, Production planning, Transportation, etc.) to ensure the product arrives on time at the Trade customer.
- Ensure Trade orders are fulfilled on time. Ensure orders delivered and inventory levels of partners are replenished on time based on their latest forecast or firm orders.
- Feed Strategic Trade team and Trade partners on any deviation to the SNP-related elements/dimensions of contractual agreements
- Perform SNP system administration (OMP, APO, ERPs, ) across different SNP processes, alerting and discussing system performance challenges between JSC and Partners planning systems
- Master data maintenance in JSC planning system.
- Shape and implement a harmonized demand process together with partners’ and JSC Global Planning team to ensure proper upstream net requirement propagation and realize an effective and efficient supply chain. Problem solving and consistent approach to process improvements together with the customer or within the team.
- Responsible for train Partner planning team for demand planning process in JSC Planning System and responsible for system communication processes.
- Accomplishes results and achieves goals through delegating responsibilities and holding responsible professionals accountable for deliverables

- Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
- Education: Bachelor Degree of Business or equivalent, APICS certification (Optional).
- Experience in Supply Network Planning in a regional / global environment
- Work experience in a highly-regulated industry and in matrix environment
- Autonomous, pro-active and customer focused
- Team player
- Knows how to set priorities, especially under time pressure
- Problem-solving mindset, strong IT skills
- Excellent and proactive communication, transparency
- Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally & externally with key senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated impact in roles requiring orchestration/coordination between upstream and downstream supply chain functions
- E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach
