**Your mission**:
As a Customer Success Manager your primary goal is to help our customers achieve their desired goals with FLOWIT. You'll take over ownership for your own customers and manage them along the whole process from onboarding to upselling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility to manage your own customers
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Understand clients' goals and develop customized success plans
- Monitor customer usage and proactively increase product adoption
- Collaborate directly with sales and product teams to drive customer satisfaction
- Process feedback from clients to fuel product development
- Advocate for clients' needs and ensure they receive the highest level of support
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts
- Drive the onboarding process for new clients
- Track and report on key customer success metrics

**Your profile**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person, preferably with a background in customer success, who is ready to transform the people development industry with us.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or any related field
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in the B2B SaaS environment
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Empathetic and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A passion for helping clients succeed
- Familiarity with people development or HR software is a plus
