Client Success Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and personable Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promptly respond to client inquiries and address any issues raised, demonstrating a passionate understanding of customer problems and desired outcomes.
- Design and deliver product trainings, educational webinars, and comprehensive onboarding sessions for clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business strategies to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Lead onboarding projects for new clients, meticulously planning, executing, and delivering on customer success milestones.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate customer needs and facilitate problem resolution.
- Create documentation, deliver presentations, and generate reports for project stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Banking/Finance, Business Administration, or IT.
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-centric role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to empathise with customer challenges and requirements.
- A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, resilience, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Industry-specific knowledge and/or project management experience are desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with B2B sales tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
