We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Michael Page. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you leading the financial operations of the company, ensuring seamless execution of financial processes, and driving business growth through effective financial management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 6-7 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing the monthly financial close process, supervising a team of accountants, and collaborating with external auditors. Your expertise in IFRS standards, local GAAP, and financial reporting systems like HFM will be invaluable in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reports.
  • Supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial tasks.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with internal control policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement cash flow planning strategies to drive business growth.
  • Participate in strategic financial projects, including ERP upgrades and implementation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing within an international setting.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and in-depth technical knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • Extensive experience with accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or Dynamics D365 Business Central.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as:
