**Intro**

Administrative headaches for HR managers, payroll managers, employees, doctors and claims managers, were the norm. Recognising the need for change, grape aims to revolutionize the traditional employee insurance model.

**Your Role**

Do you want to play a critical role in helping the sales team to achieve their targets and ensure customer satisfaction? If so, we are looking for you Our sales team is growing and needs support. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales and Underwriting teams with regard to the entire offer creation process and pre-Underwriting process. You will also support the sales team in generating reports, organizing events and preparing meetings.

**What you will do**
- Support sales team by completing and processing tender requests and keeping the sales team informed of any issues with delivery
- Coordinate offer structuring & elaboration with the underwriting team
- Prepare and send offers to brokers in close coordination with broker consultant’s
- Organize and conduct follow up meetings with brokers
- Organize onboarding of new customers
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
- Provides any necessary data, documents or reports to the sales team

**Requirements**:

- Insurance or KV apprenticeship or equivalent working experience
- 3+ years internal insurance sales and / or broker support experience
- Experience in administrative work and co-curricular activities are advantageous
- Ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
- You can communicate effectively by listening actively and articulating your thoughts clearly within the team but also towards brokers and potential clients
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
- Teamwork skills and a deep understanding and appreciation of sales practices
- Language requirements: min. Fluent German (French is a plus)

- During this call we will go more in depth in understanding your background and skills.

- You will get the chance to work on our skills assessment during a time slot of your choice, to showcase your technical competence.

- You will be able to present your assessment and explain your methods & processes more in depth.
- Meet our founders and some of the other team members at our office in Zurich.

- By this point we will have gotten a very good idea of your background, skills and team fit. Now it’s on us to do the last check with the references you provided.
