Director, Human Resources

**Position Description**:
In this exciting and dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across the organization and help make an impact on patients' lives. Working closely with the HR team based in the US, you will have hybrid ownership of Organizational Development, HR Operations, and Training. Reporting to the GM for Urovant Sciences International you will be responsible for developing and delivering on the people strategy for Urovant Sciences International based in Switzerland.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Member of the global HR team
- Develops company-wide HR Operations processes with a focus on a consistent employee experience across the globe
- Key member of the learning and development team overseeing employee development training and learning activities. Deliver training for the company.
- Responsible for managing the overall HR function for US International including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, talent management and retention, employee relations, and coaching of leadership on people matters.
- Working in collaboration with the engagement partner, leads employee engagement and initiatives, to support the business strategy, in compliance with local regulations, group policies, and company values and culture.
- Leverages the local offices to build community, collaboration and celebration.
- Works closely with the GM and is a member of the senior management committee
- Contributes to the development of the business strategy for US international
- Provides counsel to senior management and the GM on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues
- Works closely with HRBPs to ensure seamless execution of Urovant's global people strategy
- Working with HR Operations and Finance, ensures smooth implementation of Swiss payroll and HR administrationLeverages the local facilities to build community, collaboration and celebrate achievements
- In partnership build relationships with local vendors, e.g. legal counsel, payroll provider, etc.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of successful experience
- Experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience working across geographies in a matrix organization
**Essential Skills and Abilities**
- Established expertise in organizational development
- Knowledge of Swiss employment law
- Ability to translate and prioritize work in a matrixed organization
- Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and a track record of success in partnering with business leaders
- Ability to focus on critical issues, balance competing priorities and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Responds quickly to feedback through iterative design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to accomplish assignments with mínimal supervision
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception through implementation while bringing stakeholders along
- Able to analyze operational activity and interpret departmental strategy into tactical work plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with good presentation skills and familiar with various cultural styles.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and function with a "roll up the sleeves" approach
- A commitment to collaborative teamwork, and the maintenance of a professional culture based on trust and mutual respect
- Self starter and ability to work across time zones and travel internationally
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to work on site at the Zug offices
