At a Glance:
We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help scale our Employer Branding activities globally and position us as an employer of choice. Operating somewhere between branding, communications, marketing and recruitment, employer branding works with all areas of our business to support rapid growth and showcase all of the amazing experiences and opportunities that exist within On.

Your Mission:

- Drive the localisation of our strategy and value proposition working with the regional talent teams to research and map relevant audiences in EU, NA and APAC.
- Build the connection between our in house marketing organisation and our hiring and Talent priorities
- Identify talent attraction challenges and research/recommend communications and outreach solutions and channels to overcome them.
- Lead and project manage the rollout of recruitment marketing programs, events strategy and build strong external relationships with universities, media and other relevant groups.

Your Story:

- You have 5+ years experience in building innovative Employer Branding strategies to reach diverse audiences
- You’re a compelling communicator with the ability to distill complex messages to be digestible and relevant to audiences.
- You’re a true people person who thrives on fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues across all functions and regions.
- You use metrics and data to demonstrate success in growing a company's employer brand, and stay on top of industry changes and trends.
- You are focussed on delivery with a result-orientated mindset
