Are you passionate about HR and Employer Branding and interested in social media and event organization? Are you eager to gain a first experience working in an international FinTech environment? Then, our Employer Branding team wants to hear from you We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our global HR community and help us drive our employer brand strategy to the next level

**What You Will Do**:

- support the implementation of our local Employer Branding roadmap and help position SIX as an employer of choice in Switzerland
- organize external events such as university job fairs
- help with the creation and coordination of Social Media content especially on Instagram
- collaborate in the creation and execution of Employer Branding campaigns and projects by working closely with the Talent Acquisition, Social Media and Communications teams
- provide ad-hoc support to the Employer Branding & Young Talents team

**What You Bring**:

- Current studies preferably in the fields of business administration, Marketing, Communication or Human Resource Management
- First experience in content creation on Social Media and event organization
- Familiar with editing and cutting videos on a smart phone
- proactive, creative but also structured mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
- very good verbal and written skills in German and English, Spanish will be a plus
