**Activity rate**: 70 - 100%
**Contract type**: 6 to 12 months, renewable.
**Languages**:Fluent in English and French
**Workplace**: Avenue de la Rasude 5, 1006 Lausanne

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Service Desk Supervisor to lead and coach a small team of interns. This is a temporary position, with a renewal opportunity or conversion into a permanent role

**What you will do**
- Supervise a team of interns, including workload management, coaching and proper achievements of the activities within the defined timeline.
- Digitalize structured products data for risk analysis purpose
- Prform quality checks and ensure clients’ satisfaction with our services

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking and back-office operations roles.
- Previous experience with structured products is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English
