Bayer is also focusing on innovative options to address the unmet medical needs of women worldwide. Today, Bayer’s research and development efforts focus on finding new treatment options for menopause as well as gynecological diseases and includes several compounds in various stages of pre-clinical and clinical development

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop the integrated global launch marketing strategy to ensure that the brand opportunity is fully realized.
- Lead all global marketing activities to support the launch of the new asset and future lifecycle management.
- Contribute as a member of the integrated brand team to the development of the mid
- and long-term strategic priorities for the brand to ensure peak sales goals are achieved.
- Contribute to the development of the long-term strategy for Woman’s Health Portfolio
- Build and lead the brand team
- Leverage data driven insights in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies
- Provide marketing input into therapy area Business Development opportunities.
- Manage marketing budget to ensure all KPI’s are achieved

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in, Marketing, business or related field. Ideally with MBA, PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Extensive commercial experience is required including Operational and Strategic Marketing Experience leading teams and working in a matrix environment
- Extensive business and marketing leadership experience with a proven track record of product launches, life cycle management, and growth strategies with increasing degrees of responsibility in an international/global environment with a strong footprint in Women’s Health.
- Ability to manage complexity and complex problem solving
- Skilled in building, leading and motivating teams and working with markets.
- Strong and passionate communicator and must be fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management Skills
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a track record in delivering results.
