Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
**How you will contribute**
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

**More about this role**
1. Support Marketing Director in development of Chocolate and Biscuits portfolio strategy for WTR in line with company's goals & targets.
2. Lead Toblerone WTR Brand strategy & plans development and implementation, including innovation agenda, portfolio management, activation in-line with agreed WTR portfolio strategy and Brand Equity in order to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
3. Liaises cross-functionally and leads the BDMs in portfolio and brand analysis relevant for development of the respective brand in the respective market (SoM, consumer insights, brand plans, promotional plans etc.)
5. Manage, Motivate & Develop Brand team (2-3 people)
6. Holds full responsibility for A&C budget for respective Brands; actively influences the achievement of the annual P&L targets by monitoring business performance and stipulating corrective actions where needed.

**Education / Certifications**:
University Degree
**Job specific requirements**:
1. Min 5 years of Marketing experience preferably in FMCG
2. Min 1 years of people management experience (JBM level)
3. Proven successful experience of bringing Brand strategy to life
4. Strong Marketing experience in Brand Building (Activation) and Innovation
**Work schedule**:
Full-time (40hrs/week)
