**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Ensures timely implementation and delivery of key HR Talent processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent&Leadership Development, Engagement Survey, 360 Leadership Assessment).
- Leads assigned cross-regional HR project teams: planning, monitoring and fine-tuning key project activities to ensure effective implementation and KPIs fulfillment. Coordinates project meetings, facilitates team interactions and mobilizes teams to deliver successfully on the agreed objectives.
- Acts as a central project management office (PMO) for Global Talent processes and facilitates development of harmonized templates, charters, plans, detailed schedules, deliverable lists, status updates.
- Team with HQ Zurich HR BP to identify talent for open positions, both internal and external, coordinate and lead the interview process.
- Collaborates with Global Communication team to improve Acino's Employer Branding via online platforms and social media.
- Actively contributes to the overall strategic direction of Acino Talent /OD Management.

**Your profile**:

- 5-10 years strong hands on experience in Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
- Acts in line with Acino values and behaviours (Execution, Accountability, Multiplier, Growth Mindset, Explicit).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people from different functions, of different nationalities and at different levels within the company.
- Skilled at managing complex projects, and processes influence and inspire others without authority.
- Willingly accepts challenging assignments and opportunities that stretch and build capabilities.
- Operates from a deep understanding of business and strategies, thinks globally, looking forward the broadest possible view and able to directing and motivating others.
- Experience in project management is an asset.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
