Für unseren Kunden in der Region Zürich suchen wir einen CRM Consultant.

Arbeitsort: Grossraum Zürich

Zeitrahmen: 12 Monate

In dieser Position sind Sie für die strategische Beratung bei der Einführung einer neuen CRM-Software verantwortlich.

Sie werden eng mit dem internen Projektteam zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass wir gemeinsam eine “Best in Class”-Technologiestruktur entwickeln.

Dazu gehört die Festlegung des Projektfahrplans, die Steuerung der Erwartungen der Beteiligten durch effiziente Kommunikation und die Definition von Erfolgskriterien für das Änderungsmanagement.

Die Rolle erfordert jemanden mit einem strategischen/visionären Ansatz für CRM, Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und der Fähigkeit, die Akzeptanz bei den Endbenutzern zu fördern. Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sind ebenfalls sehr erwünscht.
**Was wir erwarten**
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Beratungsfunktion mit Schwerpunkt auf CRM
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Strategien/Visionen für CRM.
- Fähigkeit, sich schnell in die aktuelle CRM-Software einzuarbeiten, um Datenquellen vor der Implementierung zu identifizieren.
- Erfahrung im Change Management, einschließlich der Definition quantitativer Erfolgskriterien, ist erforderlich.
- Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten, die Fähigkeit, unter engen Fristen zu arbeiten und angemessene Prioritäten zu setzen und dabei einen hohen Standard aufrechtzuerhalten, sind unerlässlich.
- Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch. Äußerste Aufmerksamkeit für Details und die Fähigkeit, die Kommunikation zwischen mehreren Interessengruppen zu steuern.
- Sie müssen gut im Team arbeiten können, über ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten verfügen und taktvoll vorgehen, um die Erwartungen an den iterativen Charakter des Prozesses im Voraus zu formulieren.
