Zur Vervollständigung unseres Sales Teams des Hilton Zurich Airport & Apart-Hotel Zurich Airport suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, selbständige und geschäftsorientierte Verkaufspersönlichkeit. Sie sind Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft und möchten mit Ihrem knowhow unser Team vervollständigen?
- Telefonmarketing und Recherche sowie lokale und nationale Account-Akquise von mittelständischen bis grossen Unternehmen
- Durchführung von Kundenterminen und Hausführungen
- Verhandlungen von Zimmerpreisen und/ oder Paketen mit Firmenkunden
- Mithilfe bei der Organisation sowie Teilnahme an verkaufsfördernden Aktionen des Hotels und Kundenverantstaltungen
- Unterstützung bei der Vor
- und Nachbereitung von messebesuchen
- analyse lokaler Markttrends und der Aktivitäten von Mitbewerbern um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen des Hotels, um ein aussergewöhnliches Gästeerlebnis zu schaffen
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung, gerne in der Hotellerie
- erste Berufserfahrung im Verkauf vergleichbarer Hotellerie
- Kenntnisse der Märkte und des nationalen sowie internationalen Wettbewerbs
- Fähigkeiten zur Interpretation der Geschäftsindikatoren und Wettbewerb Trends
- positive Einstellung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- gastgeberische Fähigkeiten sowie souveränes, kompetentes Auftreten
- selbstgesteuerte Organisations
- und Planungsweise
- Eigeninitative
