Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem erfahrenen Sales Account Executive für unsere Vertriebsabteilung. Als Bindeglied zwischen unserem Vertriebsteam und unseren Kunden fungieren und für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden sorgen.

Als Sales Account Executive sollten Sie über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungskompetenzen verfügen. Sie sollten auch proaktiv handeln, um auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden einzugehen und den Verkaufsprozess von Anfang bis Ende zu erleichtern.

Letztendlich sollten Sie zu einer Umsatzsteigerung beitragen und unsere Firmenkundenbeziehungen auf hohem Niveau halten.

**Aufgaben**: Verwaltung von Großkunden
Als Ansprechpartner für Kunden fungieren

Organisation regelmäßiger Kundengespräche zur Besprechung ihrer Anforderungen

Lösung von Problemen und rechtzeitige Bearbeitung von Beschwerden

Identifizierung neuer potenzieller Kunden

Beaufsichtigung der Sales Account Representatives

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Budget
- und Zeitvorgaben

Sich über neue Funktionen und Produkteinführungen auf dem Laufenden halten

Etablierung von Best Practices

Überwachung und Berichterstattung über die Analyse der Vertriebsleistung

Empfehlung innovativer Ideen zur Umsatzsteigerung und Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses

**Anforderungen**: Nachweisliche Berufserfahrung als Sales Account Executive
Praktische Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice

Eine Fähigkeit, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu befriedigen und die Kundenbindung zu erhöhen

Solide Kenntnisse in CRM-Software und MS Office (insbesondere MS Excel)

Verständnis der Vertriebsleistungskennzahlen

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten

Analyse
- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten

B.Sc.Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder relevantem Bereich
