About this Position:
**Responsibilities**:
New business hunter with 5+ years software solution sales experience, selling across multiple verticals preferably public and manufacturing.
Manage and sell into assigned Enterprise Accounts. Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, qualifying new business in addition to participating in retention, cross sell, and up sell opportunities.
Lead a complex sales cycle; orchestrating, leveraging and collaborating with additional resources - i.e. partners, inside sales, Solutions (Presales) Engineers, Sales Management, and Executive leadership.
Drive operational excellence by delivering and maintaining an accurate forecast.
Serve as a Trusted Advisor - identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities through a consultative selling approach.
Create impact by leveraging the knowledge of your extended team.
Contribute to your team success achieving your quota and supporting your team members with an energetic and supportive can-do attitude

**Requirements**:
Very good track record selling high-end software solutions, preferably in one or more of the following disciplines: Application Architectures & Performance Management, Business Analytics Tools, End User Experience, SaaS, IaaS, Hybrid Cloud, Cloud Storage, Virtualization and Infrastructure Management to Fortune 100 accounts.
New business hunter with 5+ years software solution sales experience, selling across multiple verticals preferably public and manufacturing.
Previous success with complex sales involving multiple decision makers and sales cycles of 3 to 12 months
Excellent communication and listening skills and ability to interact with all levels or organizations
Good working knowledge of Partner ecosystem and experience establishing and fostering strong Partner relationships
Tenacity, wit and energy to get in front of prime targets and build relationships with new and existing Riverbed clients
Growth mindset with a team spirit that can collaborate across different pillars and levels.
