Gaming Innovation Management Intern

**The Role**:
As a Gaming Innovation Management Intern in our Engineering team, you will learn to bridge the world between technology development, innovation management and business.

This is a paid 6 month internship based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

**The Project**:
The project may include:

- Supporting development of the engineering innovation roadmaps
- Being actively involved in supporting key early stage innovation activities
- Helping to develop an innovation prioritisation and risk management structure
- Developing automated methods of tracking hundreds of Gaming related activities with multiple pieces of software
- Working with colleagues to identify and support external innovation scouting and implementing a tracking procedure
- Performing technology teardowns and reviews

- Learn about how to project and programme manage development of key innovation technologies in Gaming
- Get hands-on with our engineering and innovation teams, supporting ideation and project scoping
- Learn about the stages of product development through our design process
- Work with engineers to develop technologies through a user-centered approach
- Be a key contributor to consumer-facing product initiatives
- Get involved with stakeholder management, reporting, scheduling, brainstorming, technology scouting and more

**Your Skills**:
To be considered,
- You are currently enrolled in MSc in engineering or MA in business or management or a related degree
- Combined engineering and business administration/operations skills would be ideal
- Having an interest in project or innovation management is essential, ideally confirmed by certifications/courses
- You are a gamer with understanding of industry trends
- You have strong sensitivity to design
- You have an excellent command of English (written and oral)

- Be willing to get involved in all areas of engineering management from technology scouting, project and programme management to innovation ideation and generation
