Be part of our mission to disrupt healthcare and democratize data driven medicine SOPHiA is looking for a** Quality Training** & Documentation Intern** to join the **Knowledge Management** team based in **Saint-Sulpice**.

The Quality Training & Documentation Intern will work closely with the Knowledge Management team to support the delivery of QISMS projects. The internship has two main goals:
**1. LCMS Administration & user support**
Work closely with the Knowledge Champion network to structure the global training catalogue and ensure availability of training information, easy access, and alignment to our quality standards and regulations.

**2. Document coordination**
Work closely with the document control associate to assist in the implementation of a new Quality and Information Security Management System (QISMS).

**Y**our tasks for the first goal**:

- Training catalogue creation
- Review, analyze and approve training requests according to the training creation process to ensure training contents are harmonized company-wide
- Support the use of our LCMS (LITMOS)
- Ensure training evidence is collected in the LCMS and follows the qualification matrix
- Ensure training is available and accessible to users based on the existing training plan
- Participate in the training creation process by supporting training designers with content creation
- Coordinate regular Knowledge Champion meetings and identify new methodologies of training

**And for the second goal**:

- Assist departments in the adoption of the QISMS and best practices for creation of SOPs, WIs,Templates, etc.
- Create document guidelines & how-to articles for the knowledgebase
- Create communication support to promote knowledge management activities
- QISMS-related training creation & deployment
- QISMS KPI & metrics reporting

**Requirements**:

- Master’s student in HR management, Business Administration or equivalent field
- Fluent in French & English. A third language could be a plus
- Proactive, Motivated, and flexible in approach
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative
- Attention to details
- Capacity to prioritize, well-organized and able to multitask
