As a Quality Inspector, you will ensure that our products meet the established quality standards and specifications. You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating materials as per given instructions to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

ROLE
  1. Conduct visual, dimensional inspections of incoming materials – raw materials and finished products
  2. Perform functional tests to verify conformity to specifications
  3. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality inspections
  4. Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards
  5. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  6. Participate and/or lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to improve product quality and processes
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions
  8. Provide support during customer audits and inspections as needed
  9. Provide quality training
  10. Move material between areas and inside warehouse with a pallet truck
PROFILE
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in quality assurance is preferred
  2. Proven experience as a quality inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  3. Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
  4. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications
  5. Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or discrepancies accurately
  7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills - can collect and analyze information in a very structured manner
  8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  10. Have a flexible mindset and can-do attitude
  11. Be capable of working under tight time pressure
  12. Practical knowledge of MS Office, SAP, ERP
  13. Driving license: Counterbalance forklift
  14. Fluent in French and English
  15. Availability to travel, 10 – 20%
