Our team is growing, and we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Quality Control Technician.

Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality integrated photonic chips to our customers. Key tasks include:

  • Sorting photonic chips from wafers to trays using automated or manual equipment.
  • Conducting quality control and visual inspections using an optical microscope and digital camera.
  • Preparing reports after quality control checks.
  • Handling and packaging sorted chips in a cleanroom environment.
  • Managing stock levels of raw materials and fabricated goods.
  • Providing technical support to our engineering team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness, and a strong work ethic.
  • A technical education or equivalent experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or watch industry.
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to work with state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment, tool operation, maintenance, and safety.
  • The ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues.
  • A valid work residence permit for Switzerland or EU citizenship.
  • Proficiency in English.

For this exciting opportunity, we estimate the annual salary to be around CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
