We are looking for

**Mechanical Inspector **resident in the district of Lausanne (Swiss)

**YOUR Mission**:

- Conducting periodical and commissioning inspections on various lifting equipment, including Mobile Elevated Work Platform, Forklifts, Cranes and Hoists.
- Conducting inspections and factory acceptance tests on various mechanical equipment, including Valves, Pumps, Compressors and Welded structures.
- Performing final inspections in accordance with project requirements and applicable industry standards to ensure the quality and compliance of the mechanical equipment.
- Creating detailed and high-quality inspection reports.
- Reviewing final documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Professional background in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of Directive 2006/42/EC - machinery directive/EN 280 and SUVA requirements for lifting equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in 2nd and 3rd party inspections.
- Qualification of periodical lifting inspection or demonstrated experience would be an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English, the ability to work in German would be an advantage.
- Swiss nationality or Swiss work permit mandatory.
