Social Insights and Analytics Intern

We're looking for you:

- Currently studying for your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Intelligence, Communications, digital analytics, or related area
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Working experience with powerpoint and excel
- Familiar with social media platforms and analytics
- Passionate about social media, data driven insights, and marketing communication
- Ability to manipulate data and conduct qualitative analysis in Excel a plus
- Fluent in English, and other local languages are an asset.

Description

You will join and work in close collaboration with our consumer insights and analytics team in Philip Morris International. This team will be acting as the cohesive force that underpins PMI’s consumer-centric and data-driven strategy. You'll be working together with a mix of talents in analytics, data, strategy, content, and marketing.

Roles & Objectives
- Provide data analytics/insights and strategic solutions for RRP’s (Reduced Risk Products)
- Assist in creating clear and concise recurring presentations of content performance to stakeholders, must be comfortable telling clear stories of digital performance through analytics to parties unfamiliar with social media and data
- Analyze and interpret data from native social platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. and use social listening platforms (Sprinklr) to monitor brand activities and infer actionable insights to inform strategy, content publishing, stakeholder decision making
- Support in conducting social media / brand audits for RRP and competitive brands’ social activity - content interaction, platform analysis, product mentions, community management, emerging trends, and latest technologies
- Stay on top of social platform developments and best practices in an effort to push innovative concepts and test & learn campaigns
- Develop measurement frameworks, methods, goals, and KPIs
