L'**ICT Operations Manager** è la figura professionale che **progetta, gestisce e controlla l'intera infrastruttura ICT **di una specifica azienda.

Tra i **principali compiti** che l'**ICT Operations Manager** si trova a svolgere vi sono:

- ** Supervisionare i sistemi e le infrastrutture** di sua competenza, sottoponendoli a test periodici;
- ** Stabilire il work-flow complessivo e le deadline** dei vari team che coordina;
- ** Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti**;
