**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un ITIL Change Manager, pour le compte de notre client. Votre rôle principal consistera à analyser et autoriser les changements au sein de l'organisation. Vous serez chargé de coordonner et de faciliter la communication des changements à l'échelle du groupe, en mettant l'accent sur la gestion des changements informatiques opérationnels.

**Profil**:

- Validation des Changements : Vous serez responsable de la validation des changements liés à la gestion des changements informatiques opérationnels. Cela implique d'évaluer l'impact, la faisabilité et la conformité des changements proposés.
- Coordination des Changements : En collaboration avec la gestion du changement informatique du groupe, vous coordonnerez les changements à l'échelle de l'entreprise pour assurer une mise en œuvre efficace et harmonieuse.
- Gestion du Change Advisory Board (CAB) : Vous organiserez, mettrez en œuvre et gérerez le Change Advisory Board, en veillant à ce qu'il fonctionne efficacement pour évaluer et approuver les changements.
- Formation et Accompagnement : Vous fournirez une formation, des conseils et un accompagnement à l'ensemble de l'organisation pour faciliter la conduite du changement opérationnel, en veillant à ce que les équipes soient préparées et engagées.
- Accompagnement du Process Manager : Vous collaborerez étroitement avec le Process Manager pour assurer une intégration fluide des processus liés à la gestion du changement.
- Collaboration au sein de l'équipe de processus : Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe de processus, en particulier dans le domaine de la gestion du changement informatique, pour assurer une approche cohérente et alignée.
- Accord et Mise en Œuvre des KPI : Vous serez responsable de définir, d'accorder et de mettre en œuvre des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour mesurer et améliorer continuellement les processus de gestion du changement.

**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion du changement avec une maîtrise des pratiques ITIL, en particulier dans un contexte informatique.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement avec différents services.
- Compréhension approfondie des processus de gestion du changement et de l'amélioration continue.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées et à résoudre des problèmes de manière proactive.
- Maîtrise des outils et des méthodologies liés à la gestion du changement.
