**Global Category Leader: Non-Metallic Materials & Fasteners**:

In this role you will be responsible to develop, plan and implement the global category strategy focused on ESG sustainable procurement and costs, quality, and delivery reliability optimization of the sourced products.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leverage on the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) process to implement effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy ensuring that the supply base has the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements
- Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew price lists, terms and conditions
- Adapt corporate contractual framework to the global business need, recommending frame agreements to management and execute upon approval
- Ensure identification, investigation, and selection of appropriate suppliers (focusing on quality, delivery, cost and sustainability) in accordance with Company policies
- Design and implement cost-out programs and/or processes to reach financial targets
- Make sure the Category sourcing performance targets are achieved

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in Strategic sourcing
- Contract management & legal aspects in procurement experience
- Hands-on mentality with proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, broad-minded, result-oriented personality
- Excellent command of English at negotiating level (both written and spoken)
- High level of MS Office365 competence
