Deine Aufgaben- Du betreust ein eigenes Portefeuilles in der West-Schweiz als Property Manager- Du kontrollierst Kreditoren-Rechnungen (Basware), prüfst Mietverträge, Anträge (Budget), HK/BK und erteilst deren Freigabe- Du überprüfst und überwachst Mietzinsänderungen- Du bist verantwortlich für ein selbständiges Debitoren
- und Kreditorenmanagement- Du bist zuständig für administrative Aufgaben, Mutationswesen und Überwachungs
- und Registraturarbeiten- Du unterstützt Drittverwaltungen in Systemfragen- Du stellst die umfassende Datenqualität in unseren Systemen sicher

Dein Profil- Du beherrschst Französisch fliessend (in Wort und Schrift) und verfügst zugleich über gute Deutschkenntnisse- Du verfügst vorzugsweise über einen Eidg. Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschaftung oder bist auf dem Weg dazu- Du bringst Berufserfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung mit inkl. Buchhaltungs
- und Rechtskenntnisse (OR, ZGB und SchKG)- Du bringst eine Affinität zur Technologie mit, kannst neue Technologien anwenden und bist offen für Neues- Du lebst die Werte der Kundenorientierung, kommunizierst professionell und hast Freude im Umgang mit Menschen- Du verfügst über eine exakte Arbeitsweise sowie ein vernetztes Denken
