Job Description:

The Business Solutions Manager will oversee the development and implementation of effective business solutions/ERP systems to meet our organization's supply chain needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements
  • Leading and managing end-to-end solution implementation projects
  • Working closely with various departments to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure effective implementation of business solutions
  • Analyzing existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as an IT Product/Business Solutions Manager/ERP/Hospitality System implementation or in a similar role
  • Hospitality/Travel processes and related technology knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business problems and developing strategic solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, technology platforms, and project management tools
