Your responsibilities
- Represent the company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.
- Assist in designing and developing IT architecture solutions in the HR domain to address business problems, aligning with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
- Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and develop specifications for new products, system modifications, and service offerings.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure HR application solutions align with business requirements, standardizing and simplifying HR applications to meet global business processes.
- Develop and enforce quality standards in IT HR solution delivery.
- Assist in managing changes and projects within the HR solution domain.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar field from an accredited university.
- Proven track record in managing HR applications like SAP and Success Factors, with multiple experience in IT desired.
- Knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in implementing SAP HR internal and global projects.
- Expertise in HRIS solutions based on SAP HCM.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing points of view and resource limitations with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and end users.
- Strong English language skills.
