**Position Summary**
Rive Reine Learning Center is a memorable destination and an immersive experience, which for the past 50 years has played a formative role in the development of Nestlé leaders. It is an iconic location that symbolizes the best of Nestlé: the best of who we are, and what we stand for both now and in the future. We have started a journey to revitalize Rive Reine, building on its illustrious history to create a lighthouse of development, aspirational and attractive to Nestlé colleagues, known for innovative collaboration and its impact on the business, while becoming a hub for the local and international community to connect within Nestlé.
As the **Rive Reine Learning Center Manager**, you will be responsible for creating a future-oriented learning environment on the site which integrates innovative learning technologies and methodologies, fosters dynamic and unique development experiences, which aligns with Nestlé's culture and values to enhance program participant growth and connectivity within the organization.
Through leadership of the Rive Reine Learning team, and collaboration with Rive Reine Program Leads, Residence colleagues and the Corporate Learning & Development team, you will host over 1,000 colleagues annually for leadership development experiences and many more for conferences, workshops and other Nestlé events at the Rive Reine location.
Based on our Rive Reine strategy for Learning, Branding and the Physical Space, you will among numerous elements lead the accreditation of decentralized leadership programs, continue to modernize the Rive Reine brand to reflect our Nestlé culture, and ensure that the physical Rive Reine renovations will proceed according to plans and without disrupting learning programs on location.
In addition, you will be responsible for fostering robust collaboration with the learning team at Nestlé Business Services (NBS) to ensure effective administration, analytics, and service delivery. You will also maintain and enhance the ongoing engagement with universities and external learning institutions to draw inspiration and cultivate strategic partnerships.
You will report to Head of Corporate Learning & Development.
**A Day in the Life of the Rive Reine Learning Center Manager**
- Govern and manage the Rive Reine Learning Center, ensuring it serves as a hub for innovative learning experiences
- Partner with Capability Building Leads to develop a future-focused curriculum that meets the evolving needs of participants
- Provide expert guidance on learning design and leadership development to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Continuously evaluate and improve learning methods, aligning them with neuroscience insights and current industry trends
- Drive the implementation of Rive Reine design principles across the entire campus to create a cohesive learning environment
- Deliver unique learning experiences that are in line with Nestlé's purpose and values, fostering participant engagement and growth
- Lead communication efforts within the global Learning & Development community to share best practices and insights
- Collaborate with strategic stakeholders to support and promote Rive Reine and Corporate L&D initiatives
**What will make you successful**
- A commercial, HR degree or equivalent, with management experience, including people leadership
- Solid background in Learning & Development (L&D) with strong facilitation
- Proven track record in project management for both short and long-term initiatives
- Proven ability to manage senior leader relationships and to collaborate across functions
- Exhibit curiosity to identify patterns and insights
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities with effective global communication skills to represent Rive Reine
- Experience in digitalization, with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is preferable
