**Missions**:
The head of ABS Finance will coordinates outsourcing activites, migration, finance projects and will coordinate the support regarding finance and accounting matters to the banks using the S2i IT software.

As head of ABS Financial Services you will be responsible for a team of 5 persons in Switzerland and 3 persons in Singapore you will coordinate and participate to the following activities:
**Migration projects**:
Participation in onboarding projects to S2i integrated software (for accounting and regulatory part of the project)

Participation in start-up projects for new banks that chose S2i banking solution (for accounting and regulatory part of the project)

As head of the team you will be in charge for Accounting and regulatory part of the project.

**Finance projects**:
Participate/coordinate different IT projects to improve the system according to the needs of customers (finance related projects)

Participation/coordinate to developpement and maintenance projects of S2i interfaces needed for regulatory reporting (RT01 for FiRE)

Accompany the new banks clients in their learning process of the S2i platform (training to the system)

Understand business requirements related to accounting and translate them into fonctionnal specifications

**Helpdesk**: Coordinate support on all topics related to finance and accounting activities for all banks using the S2i IT software (accounting, management control, financial reporting, SNB reporting)

Coordinate outsourcing activities for the banks which did subscribe a finance outsourcing contracts with Azqore:

- Establish Swiss regulatory reporting statistics for SNB and FINMA (Basel 3 reporting, liquidity reports)
- Booking of general expenses, invoices payments
- VAT reportings
- Annual report according Swiss GAAP standards
- Monthly accounting controls
- Coordination of outsourcing activities within the team

**Organization, management and execution activities**:

- Plan and track workshops in liaison with all concerned stakeholders
- Prepare, run and minute definition workshops with business stakeholders.
- Present and document business processes; define Target Operating Models
- Support IT in writing detailed specifications and in data mapping.
- Provide specific trainings.
- Support the Project Manager to deliver the project plan
- Deliver on-time and on-budget

**Communication, contact, sales activities support**:

- Communicate with business experts and understand their language
- Interaction with IT to explain the business requirements and to support them during their development
