**About the organization**
This innovative start-up has created a platform that makes is extremely easy for enterprise companies to build their own software. On their platform, business and IT collaborate in real time to turn their ideas into tangible software solutions. After launching 1,5 years ago they’ve been growing extremely fast and companies such as Logitech, Michelin and Nestlé use their solution on a daily basis. As it provides their developers with a new way to completely build and upkeep enterprise software, these organizations are able to accelerate their digital transformation and reach their business goals faster. They’re now looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to join their team of 20FTE and take both direct as well as partner sales to the next level.

**Your role as Head of Sales**
As the new Head of Sales you will be responsible for setting the international sales strategy, building and managing the sales team as well as closing deals. You lead by example as you identify new growth opportunities, acquire new clients and close deals. Heading up the sales team, it will be your task to inspire, help and motivate your colleagues and to grow the team with new talent. Apart from direct sales, you will also focus on channels and work tightly together with system integrators. You have a hands-on mentality and will also train their sales executives on selling the product.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading and constantly improving the international sales strategy and making sure the whole company is aligned on this
- Building and managing the international sales team, tracking performance and functioning as an inspiring leader
- Training and coaching the sales executives from system integrators to sell the product
- Lead by example as you will be directly involved in signing new clients and closing deals

**What do you bring as Head of Sales?**
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or PaaS sales
- Experience in working with system integrators and training their sales executives on selling your product
- You’ve built and managed people before and know how to discuss results and inspire and motivate members of a sales team
- You have a proven track record in closing deals with enterprise companies
- Your experience is international as you’ve worked on deals and know how to adapt to various countries and cultures
