We are looking for a
** head of sales** to join the Lausanne office and build the future of assistive devices for blind and visually impaired people.
**Responsibilities**:
- Structure the sales process of the company
- Develop lead acquisition strategies for western European countries
- Contact potential partners and book demo meetings
- Develop social media strategy together with our social media manager
- Lead qualification over Hubspot
- Synchronize device reimbursement with distributors and key partners
- Set up new analytics tools

**Requirements**:
- You are ready to learn new things, you like to take initiative, and you have a strong team spirit. You can demonstrate relevant experience.
- You can confidently write content and talk to partners in English (mandatory) and French or German (if both, even better). You are a fast learner. You are interested in the latest trends and tools.
- Good if you know: Keynote, Pages, Canva
- Great if you know: Hubspot
