Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, ein führendes, amerikanisches Tech-Startup mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen reputation management und public relations am Standort Zürich, zum nächsten möglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Development Manager/ Director (m/w/d).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Identifikation der wichtigsten Stakeholder (Unternehmen/ Schlüsselpersonen) im eigenen Verkaufsgebiet mit dem Ziel der Neukundenakquise
- Vertragsverhandlung und Relationship Management zu CEOs, high networth individuals und Unternehmen
- Entwicklung von neuen, strategischen Ansätzen zur Vernetzung mit potenziellen Kunden und Interessenten unter Berücksichtigung aller zugänglichen Informationsquellen
- Organisation von persönlichen und/oder virtuellen Kundenmeetings
- Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Marketingmaßnahmen / Marketingkampagnen und Events
- Enge internationale Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team um Best-Practice Lösungen auszutauschen
- Aufbau eines eigenen Teams in den nächsten 2-3 Jahren

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Banken
- und Finanzdienstleister und oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich (Bank, Finanzdienstleister, Asset Manager, Wealth Manager, Family Office)
- Sales / Account Management Erfahrung in Bereichen mit hohem Deal Volumen
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Geschäftsentwicklung, Vertrieb und Kaltakquise
- Hands-On
- / Ownership-Mentalität
- Verhandlungssicher in Englisch und Deutsch
- Kommunikationstalent
- Organisationstalent
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen Softwarelösungen (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Teamplayer
