**What we expect you to do**

We need you to be kind and engaged with human beings and ruthless with admin and paperwork.

**On the Admin side**

With a team of 20+, we need you to be like a lighthouse in a storm, you will act as a beacon of stability in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced atmosphere. Accurate paperwork, deadline planning and autonomous management are key here.
- Manage and process electronic post mail
- Process internal invoices in the accounting system
- Ad-hoc office service needs (stationery, repairs coordination with landlord, manage our maintenance helpers when needed)
- monthly credit card report & check
- upkeep of spreadsheets from different departments
- All other admin stuff

**On the HR side**:
Get ready to support our HR lead with the exponential growth track we are on.
- Dispatching monthly salary certificates
- Manage departures (draft work certificates, paperwork, etc.)
- Handle admin side of sickness/ accident insurance
- Prepare and Assist the onboarding and offboarding of new team mates
- Run the HRIS system (Bamboo HR)

- Quick at learning new processes, technology, and ability to assimilate existing systems and processes
- Strong outgoing communicator
- Works independently without being told what to do next
- Proactive in anticipating needs and taking initiatives
- MEGA - structured and organised
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
- Expertise with Google Suite: Gmail, GCalendar, Google Docs+Sheets, Slack - or digital native
- Understanding how to prioritize and respond accordingly
- Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
- Troubleshoot and assist with various logístical and day-to-day minor issues
- Comfortable to work remotely part of the time
- You love to wear sneakers to work
- You love digital marketing and communication (you could be pulled in to help out on various projects

**We need you if**:
You like working in a young and dynamic team, you don’t need anyone to manage your work time, you love a flexible calendar and you want to run your tasks in complete autonomy. On top of that, we need you to be the human equivalent of a Swiss army knife.
- Administrative profile (some previous administrative experience required)
- Experience in a startup is a plus
- Good sense of humor for easy integration with the team
- **Fluent in English and French**
