We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Office Coordinator (d/f/m) who would be the glue of our project team on site for an upcoming construction project in Winterthur

- In this role, you'll be the right hand to our project manager, the go-to person for all things site office-related, and the heart of our team’s daily operations. Your mission? To create a positive, energetic atmosphere where everyone feels supported and valued.
Role Overview- Serve as the primary point of contact for our project team members-
- Develop and implement forms and procedures to streamline project team support and manage all correspondence efficiently-
- Manage office supplies and equipment for our project site in the Winterthur area and serve as the primary contact, addressing field inquiries from visitors and subcontractors-
- Assist the Health and Safety Supervisor with safety inductions as needed-
- Coordinate events, including but not limited to handling logistics, ordering lunches, and planning team events and milestone celebrations-
- Support project documentation by processing contracts, invoices, and insurance documents, while tracking subcontractor compliance and status-
- Oversee financial processes, including job site invoice processing, expense reporting, and assisting with subcontractor change orders-
- Assist project management by supporting project presentations and collaborating with the marketing department-
- Support the Project Management team with HR-related topics such as absences, time off, or sick leaveRole Requirements- Education and Experience: Completion of a commercial apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung, KV) or similar qualification. Several years of relevant professional experience: whether that is in construction, the hospitality industry, or some other field where you could train up your organizational skills - we are flexible-
