Jobbeschreibung
- Als unverzichtbare Unterstützung für den CEO und die Geschäftsleitung bist du verantwortlich für die Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, die Erstellung von Dokumenten, das Aufbereiten von Informationen und die Begleitung der Unternehmensführung.
- Du pflegst und führst die administrativen und organisatorischen Belange sämtlicher Schnittstellen umsichtig und zuverlässig.
- Du sicherst eine einwandfreie Kommunikation und Koordination mit einer Vielzahl interner und externer Ansprechpersonen in Deutsch und Englisch sicher.

- Eine unerschrockene, diskrete und disziplinierte Persönlichkeit mit Organisationsgeschick und einem aufmerksamen Blick für aufkommende Herausforderungen.
- Weitreichende Erfahrungen als mehrsprachige „rechte Hand“ eines Gründers in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld.
- Ausgeprägte Liebe zum Detail, vernetztes Denken und die unbändige Lust, Chaos zu beherrschen und Struktur zu schaffen.
- MS Office ist deine Spielwiese - du beherrschst Excel & Powerpoint.
