Missions

Le Technician Supporter est responsable des fonctions suivantes:

  • Responsable de la préparation et de la planification des activités des techniciens en Suisse Romande.
  • Analyser les mandats, procèdes aux commandes de matériel, conviens des rendez-vous et planifier les interventions en fonction des niveaux de priorité et des disponibilités.
  • Coordonner les questions entre le donneur d'ordre, les clients, les dispatcheurs et les techniciens, en assurant le suivi des projets de construction, d'entretien et de démontage des infrastructures du réseau.
  • Garantir une communication constante et ouverte, une collaboration optimale ainsi qu'un contrôle a fin d'avoir à tout moment une vue transparente sur les ordres de travail.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation de base achevée dans un métier technique ou commercial.
  • Expérience professionnelle dans les domaines de la planification et de l'administration après vente.
  • Très bonnes connaissances d'utilisation de MSOffice ainsi que de SAP S/4.
  • En plus de bonnes connaissances en français, une aisance en allemand à l'écrit et à l'oral est indispensable. Des bonnes connaissances en anglais sont un plus.
  • Orientation client, méthode de travail autonome et structurée, capacité à s'imposer ainsi qu'une grande flexibilité.
