Job Description:

We are looking for...

a highly motivated Assistant 50% for our Research department.

Your tasks
  1. General administrative support for the Research Department
  2. Organizing internal and external meetings and events
  3. Coordination and registration of travel arrangements and conferences
  4. Preparation and processing of invoices, expense claims, payment forms as well as purchasing orders
  5. Contribution to budget management by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports and accruals
  6. Manage contracts in the contract management system
Your profile
  1. Commercial diploma (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college) or an equivalent education
  2. Ideally 3 years of professional experience as administrative assistant, preferably in industry
  3. Proficient in organizing, prioritizing and anticipating tasks
  4. Strong attention to detail, precise and accurate working style
  5. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint and general affinity to IT Tools
  6. Ability and motivation to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic and international setting
  7. Fluency in English and German essential, any other language would be an asset
