Investor Relations Manager

We are looking for.......a highly motivated Investor Relations Manager for our Finance department.Your tasksCommunicate with current and potential shareholders, analysts and other stakeholders about the company’s financial performance, strategy and opportunities as well as about the development pipelineRespond to investor and analyst inquiries; ensure alignment within the Finance department and with other departments such as Legal, Research and DevelopmentDevelop and foster relations with corporate access teams and brokers by organizing roadshowsRepresenting the company in investor meetings and conferencesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial disclosure, including timely and accurate reportingManage the realization of SIX-compliant annual/half-year financial reportsPrepare earnings releases, scripts, Q&As and investor decks for earnings announcements, investor meetings and roadshowsPlan and execute the company’s Annual General Meeting and other investor events, such as Capital Market Days, including the preparation of speeches and presentationsReview analysts’ reports and models on analyst recommendations, price targets, consensus data, shareholder structure and share price development, and provide reports to the company’s senior management and Board of Directors; identify potential shareholdersSupport the continuous development and implementation of the Investor Relation (IR) strategy and develop investor material to convey that strategyPrepare the IR budgetYour profileMaster’s degree in Business Administration or Natural Sciences Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in investor relations or finance in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry Strong knowledge of the financial marketStrong interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders; proven track record of successfully working with senior management and investorsWell-organized and structured personality with project leadership experienceExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, fluent in English and German, spoken and written, is a must. Any other language is considered beneficialProficiency in Microsoft Office 365About usBasilea is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company founded in 2000 and headquartered in Switzerland.
