Dann werde Teil von unserem HR Solution Team und übernimm Verantwortung über das Design und Integration verschiedener HR-Applikationen.


Was du bewegst
  • Als Ansprechpartner*in für Architektur Themen analysierst du die fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen an unsere Applikationslandschaft und bringst dabei deine innovativen Lösungsansätze proaktiv mit ein
  • Bei deinen Empfehlungen berücksichtigst du die Datenflüsse zu den verschiedenen Umsystemen um das operative Geschäft sicherzustellen
  • Du stehst in engem Kontakt mit unseren Lead Architekten und stimmst deine Innovationsempfehlungen mit ihnen zusammen ab
  • Während der Integrationsphase koordinierst du zusammen mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern die verschiedenen Milestones

Was du mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) · in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung · als Solution Architect oder im SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Umfeld
  • Deutsch (fliessend), Englisch (gute Kenntnisse) ·
  • Du bringst ein gutes architektonisches Verständnis von Applikationen mit (optimalerweise HCM Applikationen / SuccessFactors) und berücksichtigst die Enterprise Richtlinien bei deinen Überlegungen
  • Du schätzt Eigenverantwortung und Freiraum bei der Arbeit und übernimmst gerne Ownership für deine Themen
  • Der Feierabend darf bei dir auch mal mit einem gemeinsamen Apero starten
  • Als grosses Plus bringst du erste Erfahrungen von SAP Cloud Platform Integration
