We’re seeking visionary Solution Architects to be a part of Synpulse8, the innovation arm of Synpulse, a global leader in management consulting for the financial services sector. What You'll Do  

Architect Solutions : Define, document, and own the solution architecture from infrastructure to integration.  Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Product Owners, Software Architects, and Enterprise Architects across regions to ensure alignment. 
Lead with Insight: Present architectural decisions to stakeholders and clarify the business impact of technical options. 
Drive Continuous Innovation: Stay at the forefront of technology trends, proposing improvements to elevate our existing architecture. 

You:

Academic Excellence: Master’s degree from a top-tier university or university of applied sciences.  Experienced: 5+ years in IT architecture with hands-on solution design.  Technical Expertise: Proficient in event-based architecture, RESTful APIs, security protocols, and infrastructure.  Methodology Savvy: Skilled in ITIL 4, TOGAF, and documentation practices (UML, BPMN, Confluence, Jira).  Leadership-Ready: Strong project and team management abilities.  Multilingual: Fluent in both German and English (B2 level or higher).
