We’re seeking visionary Solution Architects to be a part of Synpulse8, the innovation arm of Synpulse, a global leader in management consulting for the financial services sector. As a Solution Architect in our Tech Advisory team, you'll lead the charge in translating complex business needs into actionable, scalable solutions. You’ll guide the architecture design and manage end-to-end development, collaborating with top tech minds to drive innovation and deliver seamless digital transformations.
What You'll Do
- Architect Solutions: Define, document, and own the solution architecture from infrastructure to integration.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Owners, Software Architects, and Enterprise Architects across regions to ensure alignment.
- Lead with Insight: Present architectural decisions to stakeholders and clarify the business impact of technical options.
- Drive Continuous Innovation: Stay at the forefront of technology trends, proposing improvements to elevate our existing architecture.
You:
- Academic Excellence: Master’s degree from a top-tier university or university of applied sciences.
- Experienced: 5+ years in IT architecture with hands-on solution design.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in event-based architecture, RESTful APIs, security protocols, and infrastructure.
- Methodology Savvy: Skilled in ITIL 4, TOGAF, and documentation practices (UML, BPMN, Confluence, Jira).
- Leadership-Ready: Strong project and team management abilities.
- Multilingual: Fluent in both German and English (B2 level or higher).
