DevOps Applications Architect

Salary: 900.00 CHF to 1,100.00 CHF per day
For our customer, a major financial services organisation, we are seeking a DevOps/Azure Native - Application Architect for an initial 6 month contract. This will likely extend for a minimum of 12-18 months.
Target start date is 6th January. Work must take place from Switzerland (remote first, 1-2 days a week in the office max).
This is a key role for the Architecture team. Communication in English and German (minimum B2) is required.
A Technical Solutions role, this will allow the individual to shape both technical builds and strategic decisions with stakeholders in IT and the Business. It would be helpful to come from a Backend Software/Cloud Development background.
Key Skills- Be proactive - able to get things done, can't stay on a pedestal and define lanes, etc.
- Interface with Value Stream leads and business stakeholders, bringing it into a solution architecture format.
- Prepare visions.
- Coordinate Business & IT teams.
- Can challenge a topic and bring it to the Technology board.
- Ideally fluent in German - at least conversational.
- TOGAF.
- Azure Cloud.
- Azure Services.
- Cloud Security.
- Microservices.
- Full stack background in Java (Java, React, Spring Boot) is very helpful.
