Als Product Manager Spezialtherapien übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Führung eines etablierten Produktportfolios im Bereich verschreibungspflichtiger Medikamente. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Abteilungen Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory und Market Access zusammen und rapportieren direkt an die Head of Marketing.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie für die betreuten Produkte
- Planung und Steuerung des Budgets, Forecasting und Demand Planning
- Führung und Koordination aller Marketingaktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Omnichannel-Marketingstrategie zur gezielten Marktbearbeitung
- Planung und Durchführung von Kampagnen zur Markenpositionierung und Kundenbindung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team zur Unterstützung der Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern und Partnern
- Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Strategie
Ihr Profil
- Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Naturwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Pharmamarketing, idealerweise mit Fokus auf verschreibungspflichtige Produkte
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien sowie im Partnermanagement
- Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch (beide erforderlich), gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Omnichannel- und Digital-Marketing-Strategien von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strategische Weitsicht und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Marketingtools
